Marc Reeves: Senior Pastor
Marc was born and raised in this community--graduating high school in the Oak Grove School District. He then went on to get his bachelors degree in management from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. At the age of 35, Marc answered God's call into full time vocational ministry. He immediately began serving as the Associate Pastor at Immanuel Baptist Church in Paragould while persuing his Masters of Divinity, which he completed in 2004 from Southwest Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX. In 2005, Marc became the Senior Pastor at West View Baptist Church. He is currently working towards his DMin degree from Southwestern. Marc and his wife, Loretta, have been married for 25 years and have two sons, Eric and Jon.

Richie Williams: Minister of Music
Guianta (Gui-on-tuh) Mescatero (Mess-kuh-ter-o) "Richie" Williams is a Native American Indian of the Cherokee and Apache tribes. Born in Parsons, TN, Richie was raised in Memphis, TN, West Memphis and Paragould, AR. Richie resided in Paragould, AR for 16 years and is a graduate of Ridgecrest (Paragould) High School. Richie received both his Bachelor of Music and Bachelor of Instrumental Music Education from Arkansas State University, where he recieved membership into the National Scholars Honor Society after being named to the University's Chancellor's List (4.0 GPA) for six consecutive semesters. He is currently seeking his Masters in Instrumental Wind Conducting from Arkansas State University. Richie is the Director of Bands and Instrumental Music Coordinator for the Paragould School District in Paragould, AR and Director of the Concert Band at Arkansas State University, Jonesboro, AR. Richie answered the call of service through Music Ministry in April of 2006, when he became the sixth Director of Music at West View Baptist Church. Richie and his wife, Heather, have been married for 5 years and they have a daughter named Miss Dixie Danielle. His family has resided in the Greenesboro Community for five years. Richie also holds the title of "The Voice" of Arkansas State Women's Basketball.
Robert Piercy: Youth Pastor
Robert is a life-long resident of Paragould and a graduate of Greene County Tech High School. He has participated in undergraduate studies from Arkansas State University and Williams Baptist College, and he is currently completing his B.A. in Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute. Robert surrendered his life to vocational ministry at the age of 17, and has been serving in youth ministry since 1998. He joined the West View staff as the Student Pastor in 2005. Robert married his wife, Alison, in 1999, and together they have three children: Addie, Aiden, and Andie.
